Albatross Deconstructed offers the option to our customers and partners to engage in SMS communication for project updates, bid notifications, and system alerts.
1. Program Description
When you opt-in to our services, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. Albatross SMS is used to provide real-time alerts regarding processed faxes, AI bid extractions, and critical project milestones.
2. User Opt-In
Users can opt-in to receive SMS alerts by checking the consent box on our contact forms or project intake pages. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive automated notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our shortcode or long-code number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Rates and Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your project activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy Policy
Albatross Deconstructed values your privacy. We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile data to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Your information is used strictly for the delivery of the services you have requested.
